The Division of Student Affairs Marketing & Communications Office serves departments within the Division as well as provides support for projects of the Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs.

Marketing your events & programs

GETTING STARTED

For marketing new events or programs, Contact Gretchen Pugh at gspugh@uncg.edu or 336.256.1433 for a preliminary discussion before requesting a design project.

When ALL the information and materials for a project are finalized and compiled, complete the Project Request Form in Workzone. Once your project request is submitted, it will be reviewed and a task list and project timeline will be created in Workzone. All written communication and file sharing for a project will then take place in Workzone, this will allow everyone involved in a project to be aware of the project’s status.

BRAND OUR DIVISION

Help our division, departments, and programs create a consistent identity by following UNCG Branding Guidelines. The components of a brand include name, logo, colors, and fonts.

DEPARTMENT LOGOS

Division and University logos should be displayed prominently on all print and digital materials. Need access to your department logos?

Promote your office, program, event or activity through the Division of Student Affairs’ digital signage boards in residence halls, Kaplan Recreation Center, Military-Affiliated Services, Mossman, EUC, Career & Professional Development, Intercultural Engagement, and Student Health Services.
