Contact friends and family that you trust. Although they may not always understand how you feel, they know you the best and care about you. For free confidential help and support with questions, you can contact the Counseling Center or the Sexual Violence Campus Advocate.
There are several confidential resources available to you.

The Counseling Center offers an after hours counselor-on-call for students in crisis. To reach the counselor-on-call, you must call UNCG Police at 336-334-4444 and ask to speak to a counselor.

Family Services of the Piedmont (24 hour crisis line)

UNCG’s community partner, Family Services of the Piedmont, provides confidential advocacy services to our students. This resource offers individual and family counseling, victim advocacy in medical and legal settings, and 24-hour crisis lines: (Greensboro) 336-273-7273 or (High Point) 336-889-7273.
