If you need to speak with a staff member in the Dean of Students Office, you can make an appointment by contacting Allen Rogers, Student Services Manager, at 336-334-5514 or via email at allen_rogers@uncg.edu.

You will need to provide your name, your UNCG ID number, a good telephone number that you can be reached, and a general description of why you would like to meet.

If you feel your situation is urgent, please feel free to walk-in and we will connect you with a staff member as soon as possible.

Walk-in hours are available Monday – Thursday from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm, Friday 9:30 am to 3:00 pm. Please note that we recommend scheduling an appointment if it is not an emergency as the wait times for walk-ins are uncertain and may be long.
